Totally not worth the hype. Here's what we ordered, tom yum fish soup (clear), stuffed omelete and the raved pineapple fried rice. The only commendable dish is the soup which is spicy enough but there's nothing more than that to it's taste. The stuffed omelete was disappointing. Unwrapping the omelete reveals a concoction of tomato sauce and some sweet sauce doused in minced meat. Just weird and tasteless. The pineapple fried rice was substandard. Prices are comparable to places like nakhon so i suggest you swerve away from this place. Special mentions to the tap water (legit tap water cos she said tap water or mineral water when i asked for plain water) which she charged me 50c for that gave me the runs. Damage for 2 pax sharing whatever i have mentioned: $36.50 in total

Super awesome Thai food at a ridiculously good price! If you can ignore the many temptations and seemingly dodgy bars and pubs in the mall, this place that is tucked in a cozy little corner on the 3rd floor, is a must-go! Up 2 flights of escalators and make a 180 degrees turn. Turn left at the end and walk all the way into the corner!Food wise, make sure you order the pork belly chop, their tom yum soup (super spicy version), egg omelette with minced meat, and their thai iced milk tea.

Amazingly authentic Thai flavour and extremely worth it. The mall is a bit dodgy but it's worth the tour just for this small diner.

A hidden gem in orchard road for authentic thai cusine. Food here is really authentic, personally i prefer this stall more than the ones in golden mile complex.

I really love the tomyam soup here ($7) with noodles! I would recommend the thai style noodles. Other food of note is the omelette with filling, and basil chicken. Phad thai is alright. Milk tea i think is a little pricy, but its good! Would recommend this place even though its in a kinda shady location

Came here twice with a bunch of colleagues. Food is awesomely delicious and considered cheap for that quantity. Should try their tom yum fried rice and tom yum clear soup! Superb! =)

Tasty and authentic Thai restaurant in a rather dodgy building

Very tasty! Also quite generous with how much meat/seafood you get in their ala carte dishes. Been several times, favourite is the panang moo. Fair warning though: food's greasy & msg-heavy (hence, yum), and the building has poor ventilation so your clothes, your bag, your hair etc will smell afterwards (but not as strongly as with Korean BBQ).

Food is amazing here and the best part is that, it is very reasonably priced considering the fact that it's located quite near town! Only sad thing is that they don't serve desserts, but I'm totally not complaining cause food is really good! Side note, it can be very crowded here, I went on a Friday night and there was a queue but we were seated in about 10 min.

Tucked at the far corner in Orchard Tower, this place offers authentic Thai cuisine. The fried pork belly is so sinful yet so tasty! Thai ice tea can be too sweet so I always tell them to make me the less-sugar version one.

The food is authentic and you won’t be disappointed.Papaya salad was spicy, flavorful and pack a punch of fish sauce (not for everyone). I highly recommend it for papaya salad lovers out there.Basil ground pork - oyster sauce and soy sauce mixed with ground pork. Not a bad dish if you want protein. Chicken Pad Thai - rice noodles, chicken, bean sprouts, peanuts and scrambled eggs tossed in a delicious pad thai sauce. The noodle is not too dry or too wet just perfect! Price is quite pricey. We spent $30.00 SGD on three dishes. Ouch! It best to come here in a group as portion size is big.Tip: Lunch time have long queue

One of the top Thai food places in Singapore at reasonable prices. The skinny wings, pork belly and pineapple fried rice dishes were the biggest highlights.

Family run restaurant with fabulous authentic Thai food cooked by a Thai cook. You can even get an adventure getting to the restaurant at night!

Tom yum soup has umami and it’s delicious! It’s a bit more expensive but considering that it’s in Orchard, it’s probably the norm. It’s quite difficult to locate the shop. Once you come up from the escalator, turn right, walk till the end then turn left.Will definitely come back and sample more dishes.

Amazing value for superbly authentic Thai. Ordered the Tom yum thick soup and the pork cutlets. The location is a little hidden, but when you find it, it's a real gem 😄

Walked into sleazy building at the quiet end of Orchard Road, distracted by voluptuous bar girls outside KTVs, lost our way (perhaps on purpose) around the mazy shops within Orchard Tower, discovered an authentic-looking thai cuisine eatery at acceptable/affordable (orchard road relative) prices, and pretty tasty thai delicacies. Seating area was comfortable, not too crowded (Koran nearby was much more popular it seems). Basil leaves pork was delicious, the rest were decent but I have had better. Prices for mains are surprisingly decent perhaps due pandering to the usual office lunch crowd, but the ala carte side dishes are costly. Recommended for the authentic (sexciting :p) experience and generally tasty food.

Waited for half and hour for our food today. It was really long if not I will give it 4stars! I frequent at the other corner at 3rd floor but it was closing so I went to Tantric to get my thai food fix. The food is slightly more expensive but still good!I enjoyed the food regardless of the wait..

Food was yummy but a wee bit on the expensive side. It is popular with the office crowd and it is no-frills atmosphere.

Surprisingly good food, add a runny egg to everything you order. I'm pretty sure it's worth it. More worth it than all the "dirty" massages around this shop... Not that I know that it's dirty but why did they call out to other guys but not me!! Anyway the portion is not too bad, pricing is a little on high side but the flavour is on point.

This review is based on a lunch I had alone. Ordered the seafood Tom Yum Noodle ($7) and a glass of milk tea ($2). Specifically told the staff "little spicy" twice, but the soup was still very spicy (my tolerance for spiciness isn't low). Soup tasted standard for a Thai restaurant, nothing spectacular. Milk tea was pretty good though. Wouldn't say cheap as most dishes average about $10. Perhaps I'll come back again to try out other dishes, and then update my review/rating.

The food is really good and affordable. Can be quire a long wait as it gets really busy.

Tried the Pad Thai beef $6. Green curry chicken $10. Rice $1. Mango sticky rice $8. Thai ice milk tea $2. All are veryyy nice. Worth to try and definitely will come back. The entrance of orchard towers are not so decent, don't be scared haha 😄. Go up to level 3, walk to the end and need to turn to the left. #03-44 Thai Tantric. Waiting time for the order to come out is quite long. But it's worth it. We came for dinner on Mon, 8 may 2017.

Bright, tasty seasoning in well-cooked dishes. Not the very cheapest around, but the drinks are reasonable.

Fantastic thai food. Cooked by real thai chef. Reasonably priced menu. Alot of the so call thai food we eat in singapore is not that authentic. This is as authentic as it gets. You even see thai having their meals here.

Authentic Thai food at very affordable price. Highly recommended the chicken omelette and the vegetable pork dish :) The fried pork belly was also very tasty! Definitely one of the best Thai food places around Singapore.

Delicious, authentic food (confirmed by most of my Thai friends). You will go here exactly for the food and nothing else. This is where you will sit with friends, enjoy a good meal for decent price, and then head out right after. No fuss or frills. Cash payment only so don't forget to withdraw. There are ATMs at the entrance of the building.
